Hey, it's a dream for everyone, but it's not so easy to manage a company. One should have enough experience in:
- Vendor Management
- Operations Management
- Client Management
- Employee Relations
- People Management
- Infrastructure Management

So, my suggestion is based on your experience and your network; you can start your own company. Once you are confident enough that you can take ownership and handle the pressure, then you can start one.
