Hi Seniors, I have completed an MBA in HRM and have 10 months of work experience. The first 6 months were spent as a recruiter in an NGO, and the following 4 months as a trainee in a logistics firm.
Offer as HR Trainee
I have been offered a position as an HR Trainee on an off-roll basis in a manufacturing concern. I would like to know whether I should accept or reject this offer. I am also unsure about the company placing me off-roll for a year and then considering transitioning me to on-roll based on my performance. Additionally, the company contacted me directly, rather than through a consultancy. Is it advisable to accept this offer? Also, I am curious if this experience will be considered valid after one year, should I decide to move to another company.
