Issues During Background Verification (BGV)

Hi,
I got terminated from my previous company and did not get my relieving letter. But i have 8 years of experience and for the one which i worked in initially for 4 years i have all the necessary documents. Now i got placed in another company. Please let me know, What will happen during the BGV.

I got terminated from my previous employer(company B) and I did not get a relieving letter nor my experience certificate. I have 8 years of experience. I worked in another company (Company A) for 4 years and I have all the necessary documents. Now I have got selected in a new company in which the BGV is about to begin. Can anyone help me in explaining, What will happen in the BGV and how can I tackle it?
