Seeking Fresh Ideas for New HR Policies and Employee Engagement at Docitrans

I am working as an HR professional at Docitrans, a medical transcription company. The company is looking to implement new policies, procedures, and employee engagement activities. Can you provide me with some ideas on how to proceed?

To achieve a fully engaged workforce, management will have to convince employees that they are respected, valued, and cared about. To do this, top management will have to listen to whatever employees want to say every day and then respond to whatever is said to the satisfaction of the employees. The more top management does that, the better employees will perform, eventually becoming fully engaged. It is a small shift to get huge gains.
