Will IT Companies in TN Close for Dr. Kalam's Tribute Holiday on July 30?

TN declared a holiday tomorrow, July 30, 2015, as a tribute to Dr. Kalam. I want to know if all IT companies will also be closed tomorrow (July 30). Please reply.

Can you please tell me if the declared public holiday tomorrow (30.07.2015) is also applicable for the private companies under the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishment Act?

Please find attached a copy of the Supreme Court judgment which states that holidays declared under the Negotiable Instruments Act will not be applicable for private industrial establishments. Due to my immense respect for the great and beloved leader Bharat Ratna Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, I did not upload the judgment yesterday.
