Struggling to Get My PF from a Previous Employer: What Steps Should I Take?

Hi Team, It has been almost 1 year since I applied for my PF with my previous employer, but I didn't receive any satisfactory reply. I am residing in Delhi, and my previous company is located in Bangalore. I have been following up for the last 1.6 years via email and phone calls, but all my efforts have been in vain. They have not even acknowledged whether they have deposited my PF form with the concerned PF department in Bangalore, Karnataka. Please advise me on what steps I should take to obtain my PF.

You may file an online complaint on the EPFO website, providing all the details. Your query will be resolved within a month.

You may go to your nearest PF office and meet the PRO. They will guide you better.
