Starting an ITes Firm: How Can I Secure Direct Projects from Clients?

I would like to start an ITes firm, including medical coding and medical transcription. I have experience in the same. I want to know how to get projects directly from clients.

Acquire a Healthcare BPO if you want direct clients. Building from scratch will be a big pain. Also, you will come across cowboys who say they can provide projects, which they themselves are not sure are genuine because they would not know who the end client is.
