Woman In Night Shift

Dear Seniors,
In factories woman workers are not allowed but recently i got to read in news paper that woman workers can work in factory if factory management will take care of their safety. I am working in Manufacturing and we have 100 number female in assembly and packing.
Is it possible? can we appoint Female workers in shift?
Anyone have notification of the same?

Dear Sir,
We are Working in Maharashtra. As per Factories act we can not appoint female workers in night shift.
But recently Hon.CM Maharashtra mr. Devndra Fadnvis announced amendment in above stated rule.
Anyone have notification regarding it.

Dear all,
Actually females are not suppose to work after 8pm in the company or in a factory. It may raise to legal issue according to factories act.
