What is ISO14001 and how is it implemented

I don't know the process of implementation of ISO14001 in our plant. I request guidance from esteemed members to learn more details about ISO14001 and how to use it.

Whether ISO 14001 implemented or not? Whether its implemented in your plant and you are not involved in the implementation team or what? Your question is not so clear?
Do you know about PDCA? As like any other management system, its the base for ISO 14001 as well.
Try to use the research option available in this forum itself and you will get a lot of stuff on the topic.
Do some self study, come up with specific support seeking on ISO 14001.
