Which States Have Adopted the New 3-Year Apprenticeship Program for Skill Development?

Dear HRians,

The government has recently launched a three-year apprenticeship program towards skill development. In this program, diploma holders can be hired for a three-year apprenticeship by organizations. However, it is not clear which states have adopted this initiative. Could someone please let me know which states have implemented this scheme?

Dear Sir,

Standing orders are not applicable to staff and supervisory categories. You can hire diploma holders in supervisory or technical staff categories as trainees. My learned friends could shed light on this.
