My internship program was of 2 months.
Hr executive gave me the topic effectiveness of employee welfare measures and objective was to find out weather employees are satisfied with the existing welfare measures provided in the company, if it needs some improvements or additional welfare schemes demanded by employees.
After this he just told me to to go through the companies policy and gave info about welfare measures provided in the company.
Based on that i created a questionnaire and gave to hr. I was't even allowed to meet the employees who answered my questionnaire.
and then i did the analysis and report, marked a conclusion on same and suggested some of the additional welfare measures company can incorporate based on employees demand.
That all i did in during 2 months of internship.
He said you come to office only when its necessary, no compulsion to come everyday.
and now m having difficulty in explaining my project during interview because interviewers are seeking for practically experienced candidate
