I keep wondering why people post half the info and expect other people to give an answer they are looking for.
Well, tell me, what reply did you give to them for their letter asking to join ?

Shri Ghale has been posting this query repeatedly in the forum.
I would advice him to seek legal advice to sort out his problem with his employer.
Apparently the organisation has dealth with his case incorrectly and he can get a legal remedy to his issues.
