I would like to ask you a counter question. When you pay to an employee as per or more than minimum wage scale by the government, then why that employee demands more from you and why you do bargaining with him?

Sir, I really thanks for above post. But Mathadi workers are not time rate but piece rate workers in Maharashtra. So Min Wages not applicable to them.
