For organizations like these to grow, I feel it is important to hold the candidate's interest from the initial stage of their joining. Providing the right information at the right time seems to be the most important mantra here, which begins with providing the candidate with the right information on the company, hierarchy, its policies, etc. Devising a good induction and orientation plan would play a great role here.
