I work in an IT organization in Mohali. It is a start up company with few people. For organizations like these to grow, I feel it is important to hold the candidate's interest from the initial stage of his/her joining. Providing right information at the right time is what seems to be the most important mantra here which begins with proving the candidate with the right information on the company, hierarchy, its policies etc. Devising a good induction and orientation plan would play a great role here.
