Questions which would test the Co-ordination skills of interview candidates?

I am looking for questions that will test the coordination skills of candidates who are attending an interview.

What sort of 'Coordination' do you mean? People/Interpersonal? Mental? Issues? Projects? etc. Please elaborate.

And for what sort of positions are you planning to adopt this strategy?

I am seeking individuals with strong coordination skills in areas such as People, Interpersonal Relationships, and Problem-solving. These positions are within the hospital industry, encompassing roles in Administration, Back Office, and Front Office functions.
