Welfare Cess Project Gujarat

hello everyone ,
My query is regarding payment of welfare cess .
1) I am asking for construction firm working in gujarat for GETCO / Gujarat electricity board govt contracts , we pay 1 % of project amount in welfare cess , which we get refund from GETCO . Now the question is we dont have any vendor number or registration number , for every time to pay money we go to local office near town , he makes challan and we make deposit in SBI.
How can I pay money online ?

Check with labour department. If they give you IFSC code, then you can easily transfer the amount.
