Name A Few Online Reading Sites Pls?????

hiiii to all,
can anyone suggest to me some on-line sites to read the great books being referred to in this forum?
i come from a small city in Rajasthan and as such i dont get much info other than thro net.i would be highly grateful to u if u can provide me a list of sites for online reading of motivational and personal excellence litt.

some really good HR sites are www.hrb2b.com, www.humanresources.about.com,
www. erlaws.com. this erlaws section has everything related to labour laws.
they have really good stuff related to HR
