Seeking Online Sites for Motivational and Personal Excellence Books – Any Recommendations?

Can anyone suggest some online sites for reading the great books being referred to in this forum? I come from a small city in Rajasthan and, as such, I don't get much information other than through the internet. I would be highly grateful if you could provide me with a list of sites for online reading of motivational and personal excellence literature.
