U need to submit KRA to ur HR manager. But here U need to provide clarification regarding your assignments which you are handling presently in Ur Company. Whether U R working as HR executive for hiring of Candidates or working on some other Profile. Without this it will not be proper to provide the desired inputs.

To determine your future, we need information about your past (if not, at least, the current scenario !). Unless people here get to know your current role, responsibilities, how anybody can vaguely give information ??
