EPF Coverage Clarification - 25 employees in concern

In concern 25 employees are working, out of which 10 persons are drawing salary above 15000. the remaining 15 persons drawing below 15000.
i want to know whether this company is coverable under epf?

yes. EPF act applicable to your organisation, since number of employees are more than 20 employees.

Yes , as per act 20 or more employees are sufficient for the coverage of establishment. Even if cover able employees are less than 20.
