Confused About Leave Entitlements in IT Firms with 2 Weekly Offs? Let's Discuss!

I have read all the related posts to this topic, but couldn't get a correct answer to my query. We are an IT firm in Kerala which comes under the Shops and Establishment Act. We work 5 days a week. As per the Shops and Establishment Act, the company should give 12 CL, 12 SL, and 12 EL. However, since we have 2 weekly offs, what is the minimum number of leaves that the company can give?

Weekly offs have nothing to do with 'Leaves'. The Shops and Establishments Act is to be strictly adhered to.
