How Can I Make My Conversations More Engaging and Avoid Boring My Listeners?

Hi all,

Can anybody help me with how to impress others while speaking, exchanging information, sharing feelings, and listening? Sometimes when I speak with others, they get bored, and I lose my confidence, feeling that I am not sharing valuable or important things. Please guide me.
