Is the ISTD Diploma Worth It for an HR MBA with Training Experience? Seeking Advice on Distance Learning Options

I need advice about the diploma course of ISTD. I am an MBA in HR, plus I have experience as a consultant trainer in a life insurance company. So, I just want to know if it is fruitful to join this course or not. Since this is a distance learning program, please guide me on what else I could join for better learning. Actually, I have an interest in giving soft skills training.
