I have completed my BBA with a specialization in HR. I am currently contemplating between pursuing an MSW or MHRM to enhance my career prospects in Human Resource Management. Could you please advise me on which option would be more beneficial for securing a successful career in HR? Also, I am curious to know if an MSW can be advantageous for a career in HR.

Thank you, Vijay Sir, for sharing your views. I will pursue MSW as per your advice, sir. Currently, I was not selected for this, so I am doing a PG Diploma in HRM, and next year, I will apply for MSW.
