I, Ms. Sweta S. Chauhan, am a student in T.Y.BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies). I have a 100 marks project (Individual project) on the topic of Performance Management System (PMS). I have only 5 questions regarding the viewpoints of people from the industry about PMS. If anyone could provide references, preferably from Mumbai, I could personally contact them, as I need to have a signature and/or a visiting card of that person I visit. Even if you can answer the questions without providing references, I kindly request you to answer the below questions. I am also posting my project, so if anyone can suggest improvements or additional practical aspects to add to my project, that would be greatly appreciated.
