What Permissions and Compliance Are Needed to Start a Labor Camp for a Residential Project?

Good morning. We have a site office in Pune and are planning to start a residential project, but it will take more time. Currently, we are planning for tree plantation around the boundary wall. We want to start the labor camp for labor.
Which permissions are required? Please tell me the compliance part before starting the labor camp.

You will need to have a good advocate and architect for starting your project. Starting from soil test report, to checking title, sanction from MSEB for projected electrical load, there is a lot of legal work to be done.

It is necessary to register the contractor at the labor office if his worker will only work for 1.5 months at the site.
