I am working at XXX School, Nasik, as a teacher. During joining, they provided me with an offer letter stating a fixed stipend of 7500 with no benefits, but I received a salary of 6600 with PF deduction for many months. After appraisal, they were supposed to promote me to a regular teacher position, but instead, they appointed me as an ad hoc assistant teacher. When I reported this to the management, they acknowledged their mistake and assured me they would rectify it. However, they mentioned that I would not be given what was originally promised. Subsequently, I resigned with a one-month notice period. Now, they are refusing to provide me with my PF and leave encashment as per CBSE laws. Please advise me on the relevant CBSE laws and how I can obtain my full and final settlement. My experience in the organization amounts to 9 months.
