Dear All,
please help me to draft a meeting announcement format, in our company we have a meeting on 26.10.07, some of our major customer are coming so i have to declared by email to every one will have to come proper uniform and guest detail means from which company and all.
I have no any good format please send me if anybody having a format of Meeting Announcemnt.

TO ALL EMPLOYEES :-
This is to inform you that, a meeting is being held on Monday 23.4.2001 and Tuesday 24.4.201 of all employees ( Head office and Factory ) for achieving Turnover Target Program for the year of 2001-2002.
Any leave or Absenteeism will not be permitted. Everybody should be in well dress code.
