Need Help Crafting a Meeting Announcement Email for an Important Client Visit

Dear All,

Please help me to draft a meeting announcement format. In our company, we have a meeting on 26.10.07. Some of our major customers are coming, so I have to declare by email that everyone must come in proper uniform and provide guest details, such as the company they are from.

I do not have a good format, so please send me one if anybody has a Meeting Announcement format.

I need to design a format for my organization to ensure that:
Purpose of the meeting, including options available for the issues at hand, decisions required, venue, time, and post-meeting feedback/evaluation criteria, is well covered.
