Plan For Change Of Current Job

Dear Seniors,
I am working in a company from last 12 years on the same designation "office coordinator", but I am handling all the responsibilities of "Admin & HR". Now this designation is a big full stop for me to grow and change another company for betterment of my carrier. Please advise what to do?

My KRA is:
1) Ticketing & Travelling
2) Apply for visa
3) Arrange Accommodation
4) Maintain Personal files of Employees
5) Attendance/ Leave Management
6) Stock Management
7) Vendor Management
8) Prepare Documentation for Joining & Exit formalities of employees
9) Handle Petty cash
10) Bill verification (TA-DA/ Local conveyance/ OT/ Mobile and other utility bills)
11) Purchase office Equipment

Hey Sarika,
Since you have been working for last 12 yrs, you should bargain with the company to change your designation to some mid-manager cadre (to start with).
Its better exchanging your long service loyalty with something for your own career betterment, than experimenting elsewhere.
