Hi team, please assist me ASAP. I am working at EXL Service and I joined EXL on 31st October 2014. Due to some personal reasons, I resigned from the company on 16th June 2015, and my last day of work is 30th July 2015. As per company policy, I am required to serve a 45-day notice period. However, after my resignation, my manager has been very unprofessional towards me. He has been aggressive on the floor and even asked me to return my resignation, but I was not willing to do so. He was reluctant to accept my resignation. On 18th June 2015, I sent an email to HR requesting acceptance.
For the past 2-3 days, they have been creating different kinds of problems. Yesterday, my HR tried to get my signature on a PIP letter from a backdate. When I refused to sign, she threatened to terminate my employment. Please advise...
