I have submitted Form 10C (withdrawal benefit) with claim ID KRTVM150600004599 against my PF account number KRTVM00129430000000004 and Form 19 with claim ID KRTVM150600004600 at the Trivandrum office through my employer. Now, I have received an intimation from that office that my claims are rejected due to the lack of attested copies of the bank account passbook and PAN card. I have provided my passbook details in the application. However, I can submit the attested copy of my passbook, but I do not have my PAN card yet. Is there any alternative solution to get the claims cleared without a PAN card? I request your kind advice for an alternate solution to avoid delays in the settlement.
