Seeking Simple Explanation of Annual Leave Policy for Pvt. Ltd. Companies in Karnataka

Please help me with the amended "Annual Leave Policy that is being followed in any Pvt. Ltd. Company in Karnataka".

I have read the Karnataka Shop and Establishment Act, 1961, but would humbly request anyone to help me in simpler terms. Please help and oblige.

Are you looking for the leave policy as per the statutory regulations under shops and commercial establishments or the policy that the organization follows? Many organizations have their own leave policies, which may be more generous than what the statutory regulations specify.

In total, you have 30 days of leave as per the Kar S&E Act: 12 days of casual cum sick leave and 18 days of annual leave. One annual leave day is credited to the employee's account for every 20 working days.
