Dear Pawatri,
As you have mentioned in your query that your main office is located at Mohali (Punjab) & you have obtained registration (not License as you have mentioned) under Shop & Establishment Act. The Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958 defines “shop” as any premises where any trade or business is carried on or where services are rendered to customers and includes offices, store-rooms, godowns, sale-depots or ware-houses, whether in the same premises or otherwise, used in connection with such trade or business but does not include a commercial establishment or a shop attached to a factory under Section 2 (xxv).
Thus you need to take separate registrations in respect of your sub offices located in Jalandhar, Batinda & Ludhiana .
