How to chose between two job offers- parameters to consider

I have a total of 4 years of work experience. Now fortunately, I have got 2 offers to join. One is for IBM and 1 is for Client HP under Ecentric payroll.
Please suggest what is best to join and what parameters should I consider in order to make the best decision?

you better go for direct offer from IBM which will add your profile to a large extant

I agree you should join IBM on a company payroll. Working with a company would give you other benefits along with pay.
