Dear Rehanrizwi,
Under CL (R&A) Act, 1970, the PE is required to submit Annual Return. The data Shud b in r/o all the contractual manpower (deployed thru various contractors).
However, I don't have practical experience in r/o PE Return, more suggestions are most welcome to clarify Mr Rehan doubts..
