Good evening sir. I have completed my PG in MSW HR 2015. Now I had two opportunities one is HR Recruiter (Non-IT) job in consultancy and one more job in VST Motors as a HR Assistant please any one suggest me which one is best for my career.
After some years of experience in Non-It recruitment with consultancy that may valued to get jobs in company role as a HR Recruiter.
Please any one suggest me because I need to take decision within one days.

My view is you should first get experience in HR and that you would get as a HR assistant.
However if you have other factors like salary, native place, proximity etc then decide accordingly.
