Career Dilemma: Should I Choose HR Recruiter or HR Assistant for My Future?

Good evening, sir. I have completed my PG in MSW HR in 2015. Currently, I have two job opportunities. One is a HR Recruiter (Non-IT) position in a consultancy, and the other is a HR Assistant role at VST Motors. Can you please suggest which one would be best for my career?

After some years of experience in non-IT recruitment with a consultancy, I am seeking opportunities to transition into a role as an HR Recruiter within a company. I would appreciate any suggestions as I need to make a decision within the next day. Thank you.

My view is that you should first gain experience in HR, which you can do by working as an HR assistant. However, if other factors such as salary, your hometown, proximity, etc., come into play, then you should make your decision accordingly.
