Benefits In ESIC And PF

Dear All,
My Self Rakesh Thakur, in my company there have some incidence happened, our employee was dead by road accident when he go to his home after complete his duty hours.
please give suggestion that his family (nominee or dependents) get benefits by ESIC and PF.

Dear Sir ,
If he covers under ESI and PF definitely he will get social security benefits from PF & ESI.
You have to produce FIR , Postmortem , Legal heir certificate of the deceased for
processing PF & ESI Claim .
You have to intimate ESI immediately ( with in 24 hrs) after the accidental death by submitting Accident report .
Pls contact nearby ESI and PF authorities for their detailed requirement and eligibility.
