I resigned from a company on 10th March 2014 after working for 10 years and 2 months. I submitted my resignation letter on 8th March 2014, which was accepted (2 days prior to resignation). My 2.5 months' salary, gratuity, and other dues are pending. I have already contacted the HR department three times via registered post regarding my full and final payment. However, the company is not showing much interest in resolving this matter. Please advise if I should consider taking legal action through the labor/civil court.
