I am join in manufacture company in HR . Please confirm the salary breakup who we calculate the salary or basic salary we calculate as per labour minimum wages or 35 or 40% of Annual CTC .. Please suggest you ideas.

would u define brief what exactly you want to ask... your question is confusing us..
1. what breakup u want - Staff or Labour
If staff .then you can consider ---
Basic Salary - 40% of total Gross Earning
HRA - 50%
and other allowances like conveyance, special etc
if worker -
you have to consider -
Basic + DA (as per minimum wages zone wise)
