1. What breakup do you want - Staff or Labour?
If staff, then you can consider:
- Basic Salary: 40% of total Gross Earnings
- HRA: 50%
- Other allowances like conveyance, special, etc.

If worker:
You have to consider:
- Basic + DA (as per minimum wages zone-wise)
