Resignation Process

The language is unclear and making confusion . On a future date you will resign, that does not mean that this communication is resignation. You will again write resignation once again. Why???
Simple communication of Resignation in plain language. Write " I hereby tender resignation from the employment of the company and request you to relieve me on -----------I wish to thank................I request to square up my accounts and provide me acceptance letter and service certificate to me."

first poit tejsateesh sir you write 1] The wordings you used [".......I'll be tendering............."] DO NOT convey that you are resigning......ONLY convey that you INTEND to resign.
i think that line clearly convey that i will resigning
then second line i have also confusion but i write this line " My last day are be on 28 / 05 / 2015. " i find meaning of this line at time of writing my resignation "my last day are after 28/06/2015 because i work in company on 28/06/2015.
please read my condition carefully and tell me any positive point with my side
