Understanding Salary Deductions: How Do Employee and Employer Contributions Affect Your Pay?

I need help with salary calculations. I would like to know how much percentage of the amount is deducted from the salary by both the employee and the employer.

Please provide me with a brief explanation of the calculation process for both deductions and how the final salary is determined.

Total 6.5% of the salary is required to be contributed towards ESIC. ESIC contribution deduction from salary is 4.75% for the employer and 1.75% for the employee.
