Mandatory Compensation Components

Hi,
Mine is a registered product based startup in Gurgaon and we are hiring the technical team which includes web developers, android, iOS developers with experience ranging from 2-10 years. We are working on the compensation structure.
I would like to know the mandatory components of compensation that are to be followed by all registered companies.

Hi Chopra,
Components are differ based on salary like if you paying less salary Basic and St.Bonus are sufficient(if you are paying annual bonus,then St.bonus is not required to be the monthly salary components).
For higher salary, break up as mentioned below.
Basic
Hra
Con
Work allow
Spl allowa
St.Bonus(Its applicable if the basis is less than 10000)
Med.Reim(if gross is more than 15001)

There is no mandatory components in salary structure. It can even be consolidated.
