Recently, I have joined a new company. Kindly share how I can prepare a leave policy and what the current leave policy is for the Pharma sector.

The leave policy for the firm needs to be decided in conjunction with the applicable labor laws of the state as well as the shop & establishment act, if appropriate. Best is to mirror the leave policy of your industry, and a search - either on this forum or on Google - will help.

As mentioned above by the member, kindly type the leave policy on the tab "WHAT DO YOU NEED?" on top of this page. You will find plenty of leave policies; kindly amend as per your needs.
