Feeling Stuck in My Current Job: How Can I Find Opportunities to Work Abroad?

Hello, I am a Senior Design Engineer working as an automotive plastic parts designer using CAD software CATIA. I have over 4 years of experience. I am currently working in a reputed MNC, but I do not see any opportunity to work abroad here. I am looking for a chance to work abroad.

I would appreciate your suggestions.

2) Network with recruiters on LinkedIn.
3) Evaluate migration opportunities on country websites (CAD or even Automotive plastic parts as a skill-based need for the country).
