How to Properly Announce an Employee's Departure in a Newspaper Notice?

PVD
Hi friends,

I need to issue a public notice in a newspaper stating an employee's disassociation with our organization. I have the contents ready, but to be on the safer side, is there any particular format/do's and don'ts for the same?

Thanks for the help.
