Hi CHR,
Had a great laugh on this. It's a brilliant display of optical illusions and truly capitalizes on the insecurity of people about the unknown, fear, and our inability to understand life in terms of death and thereafter.
Many people have experienced this eerie feeling. Manoj Shyamalan captured it beautifully in his groundbreaking movie "Sixth Sense," where a young boy says, "I see dead people," drawn from his childhood experiences.
Our Vedas emphasized this aspect largely to dissuade people from doing wrong things, hence the Karma. I am sure Dr. Mahanta would have a lot to share on this discussion thread.
Thanks,
Rajat
