No increment intimations from the employer - was promised after 6 months

I am working in a IT company and i have completed 1 year this month. At the time of interview i asked for the desired salary but my employer said, we will see your performance first till 6 months. now its been one year no increment intimations from the employer. what should i do? I feel hesitatant to ask even and many times i thought to send mail even but i cant. please help. I am also getting nice offers too, but i want to continue with this company.

Catch the director/s when they are in relaxed or in good mood.
Sometimes when the company has some significant achievement,they may be psychologically tuned to receive your suggestions.
Keep a watch out for a opportune moment and then broach the subject.

Is there any particular performance evaluation process in your company. If yes, then you should fill that performance evaluation form and send it to the directors with a soft reminder else you should send a soft formal mail to them by making them known about your performance review time.

kindly inform me how do i will help my employee to withdraw there Provident Fund as i am working in position as HR Asst. type of forms and all the procedure regarding the withdrawal
