How Do I Draft a Formal Letter to College HRs for Hiring Fresh Graduates? Urgent Help Needed

I'm Usha, working in a software company. Currently, we are planning to increase our staff and require fresh graduates from colleges. We intend to approach college HRs for this purpose. Could anyone please suggest the required letter format for formally approaching them? It's urgent. Kindly advise me on how to draft the letter.
