i will clear to you every thing, in april month company fired many person from company, every one get mail for that, in my condition i dont receive any mail for that, but for fire mail in hr dept come to my friend. but my manger stop this. But at same time
i have some urgent work, so i need leave , my manger personally to me if want to go home take long leave, (LOP)
I will update for leave in PMS, and evening i also drop a mail to my manger that , please accept my mail for leave if there is no chance for work you will reply to me, so i will search for a job.
i dont get any update after 20 days i call to HR they dont say me any thing for my reliving or other so after 30 days i visit in a company meet with my manager, so she say bhagat look some where other, i request her given me five day.
for reliving so i will search some where, then after on 22th may i resigned from my job , but they exp letter they relieve me on 10 April . one thing when after 30 days on 13 may i visit in company my all name is updated in security gate as a working emp.
on 22th may they provide me last two months salary slip and exp letter. my april month salary of 10 days is pending salary slip is with me .... and 3 month security amount 10% deducted for first 3 month
please tell me what can i do so i will easly get my salary ,,,,i know easily they dont pay..
please give me proper solution , my salary is there 15k some say above or equal 50000 salary case is handle by labour court.
if i do FIR Against it, is this is right?
