srinivigna
Now I am in the 5th month of the probation period. If I resign now, will I be eligible for pension contribution claim of PF? Please guide me.

No, you need to complete six months of service as per EPF Act.

Mr. Kumar, ACME,

You have not understood the question of the member who has not given his name. His question seems to suggest that after completing 5 months, he is eligible for FP contributions upon withdrawal, i.e., before 6 months. In my opinion, he will not receive FP contributions until he completes 6 months of service.

No, you have to serve six months of service in an organization before claiming Family Pension contribution.

If you resign from your organization before 6 months, you can claim only the EPF amount and not the EPS (Pension Scheme).
