Stuck with a Rejected PF Claim? Seeking Advice on Next Steps to Resolve It

PF Claim Rejection Status on EPF Website

The status of my PF claim on the EPF website indicates the following:

"Claim ID: GNGGN150500012827
Status: Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (GNGGN00317310000000422) has been rejected. The rejection letter is under dispatch/dispatched to the address in your claim form.
Reason for rejection: The reason for rejection is not available in the database. You may please contact RO/SRO GURGAON for further details.

Claim ID: GNGGN150500012829
Status: Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (GNGGN00317310000000422) has been rejected. The rejection letter is under dispatch/dispatched to the address in your claim."

It has been a month since the status has been this way, and I haven't received any rejection letter from the EPF office. Can anyone suggest what I need to do next to sort this out? Any kind of helpful advice will be appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

The start date was initially sent to the PF office, but the PF office had a different start date. They informed us about the discrepancy only after a month. We have now successfully corrected the start date in the PF office.
